SAJU FIVE is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. All fortune readings, Saju interpretations, dream analyses, compatibility scores, and related content are AI-generated based on traditional Korean Saju (사주) theory and should not be construed as professional advice of any kind.

The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content generated by this Service.

Readings and interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) using traditional Korean astrological frameworks. Results are probabilistic in nature and may vary between sessions even for identical inputs.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. SAJU FIVE expressly disclaims all liability arising from reliance on such content.

You may use certain features without creating an account. To access premium features, you may sign in via third-party authentication providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We collect limited personal information including birth date, birth time, and email address (when provided). See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Premium content is unlocked using Ki credits, purchased via Paddle. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd. SAJU FIVE does not store your payment card details.

Ki credits are non-refundable once used to unlock readings. Unused Ki credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. All prices are listed in USD.

Purchases are subject to Paddle's Terms of Service.

All content, visuals, character designs, and branding associated with SAJU FIVE are the property of SAJU FIVE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. AI-generated reading content produced for your personal use may be shared for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Service content at scale
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's technical systems
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAJU FIVE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SAJU FIVE in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of Seoul, Korea.
