Refund Policy

SAJU FIVE sells Ki credits that are used to unlock AI-generated digital content (fortune readings, compatibility analyses, and related features). Because this content is delivered instantly upon purchase and consumed immediately, all Ki credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used to unlock a reading.

This policy is consistent with standard practices for digital content services under applicable consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Korean E-Commerce Act.

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: Ki credits were deducted but the reading was not delivered due to a technical error on our side.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Ki credits have been used to unlock one or more readings
• You are dissatisfied with the content or tone of an AI-generated reading
• You changed your mind after a successful purchase
• The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date

To request a refund, email us at hello@saju-five.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date and amount of the purchase
• A brief description of the issue (technical failure or duplicate charge)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Unused Ki credits (credits that have not been applied to any reading) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at the address above.
